Welcome to the MyFlight Tours Influencer Program! We appreciate your interest in participating and kindly ask you to carefully review the following Program Terms ("Terms") before applying. By applying or participating in the program, you express your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. It's important to note that your agreement also includes the binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver outlined below, specifying the resolution of disputes.
Program Overview MyFlight Tours ("we," "us," or "our") extends the opportunity to selected content producers, referred to as "Influencers," to earn benefits by creating content about MyFlight Tours. Participation is voluntary, and selection for the program is at the discretion of MyFlight Tours.
Eligibility To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States. We reserve the right to verify ongoing eligibility and terminate your membership if eligibility requirements are not met.
Taxes Influencers acknowledge that no taxes or amounts will be withheld from incentives. Influencers are solely responsible for any taxes, contributions, penalties, or other sums related to incentives provided under these Program Terms.
Relationship of Parties Influencers are independent contractors responsible for any required payments, withholdings, or deductions. They are not entitled to MyFlight Tours employee benefits, and their role is limited to that expressly authorized by this Agreement.
Content Restrictions Influencers agree that content submitted in connection with the Program will not violate rights, contain personal contact information, mention brands other than MyFlight Tours, or be unlawful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
FTC Guidelines Compliance Influencers should follow FTC guidelines, including using required hashtags, basing reviews on personal experiences, avoiding false representations, and refraining from comparisons with other companies' products.
Credit Card Hold Every affiliate is entitled to a complimentary helicopter ride. The affiliate is required to share their experience through a video post within one week of receiving the ride. Failure to do so may result in MyFlight Tours charging the affiliate the standard tour price. Credit card details will be collected and retained until the social media post is completed.
Social Media Responsibility Influencers are personally responsible for their social media comments and content, ensuring they align with MyFlight Tours' principles, policies, and best practices. Controversial content alongside MyFlight Tours content may result in removal or cessation of future posts.
Confidentiality Influencers agree not to publicly disclose any confidential information received through participation in the Program, except as expressly permitted.
Limitation of Liability MyFlight Tours is not liable for damages arising from participation or program changes. The company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Limitations of liability survive agreement termination, with exceptions as per applicable law.
Media Ownership and Usage All photos and videos captured by the affiliate during, before, after, or on the premises of the airport or MyFlight Tours property become the sole property of MyFlight Tours and may be utilized by the company at any time for promotional or other purposes. In the event that MyFlight Tours requests, affiliates are required to turn over all footage to MyFlight Tours promptly.
Non-Waiver Failure to enforce any part of these Program Terms does not waive the right to enforce them later.
