Heads up: photos aren’t included in the price. But no worries—if you fall in love with your shots (and trust us, you will), you can always snag them after your flight, no matter which tour or package you pick!
Need to cancel your flight? No problem—just email us at info@myflighttours.com with the first and last name on the booking and your reference number.
A heads-up on our cancellation policy: cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled flight aren’t allowed. If you decide to cancel within this window (or if you booked within 7 days of your flight), refunds won’t be issued.
For weather-related cancellations, refunds aren’t given unless you’ve purchased weather insurance. Without insurance, we’ll work with you to reschedule your flight or provide a flight credit for a future date if weather conditions prevent us from flying.
And remember, no-shows are a no-go—unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or flight credits for missed flights.
Need to reschedule your flight? No worries—just email us at info@myflighttours.com with the first and last name on your booking, your reference number, and the new date and time you’d like to fly.
Here’s how it works: rescheduling more than 24 hours before your flight is totally free. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your flight, there’s a $50 flat fee. Keep in mind, though, no changes can be made within 2 hours of takeoff. If you miss your flight, it’ll be considered a no-show, and unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.
All flight paths are subject to change due to FAA Regulations, weather, or other reasons deemed necessary by MyFlight Tours.
Add weather insurance to your booking for peace of mind! If we have to cancel your flight due to bad weather, you’ll get a full refund on the cost of your ticket. It’s a great option if you’re only in town for a short time and can’t reschedule for another day. Weather insurance is just $50 per flight.
Sometimes the weather just isn’t on our side—things like poor visibility, strong winds, or heavy rain can make it unsafe to fly. If we need to make any changes to your flight, we’ll be sure to contact you.
If you purchased weather insurance, you’ll get a refund if we have to cancel due to weather. If you didn’t, no worries—you can either reschedule for another date and time or receive a flight credit. Flight credits never expire and can be used anytime to book your next adventure with us!

FAQ
See what our Baltimore flyers typically ask.
All flights take off and land at Pier 7 Heliport (1800 S Clinton St, Baltimore, MD). When you arrive, park in the designated area and head to the main entrance. Once inside, our friendly crew will be ready to help you and get you set for your flight!
Parking is completely free! We recommend parking across the street in the lot directly off Clinton St. or park curbside on Holabird Drive. Our lot fills up quick so these two options are your best bet!
To keep everything running smoothly, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time. This gives us time to check you in and go over the safety basics before you board.
Running late? No problem—up to a point. If you’re more than 20 minutes late, there’s a $25 late fee. We totally get that things happen, but arriving on time helps us stay on schedule and keeps the experience awesome for everyone!
Make sure to bring the credit card you used to book your flight along with a valid ID that matches the name on your booking and card. We’ll need these for verification before you can board. If you don’t have them, we won’t be able to get you in the air, so double-check before heading out.
We also recommend bringing your phone or camera. The views from our helicopter tours are incredible, and you’ll want to capture every moment. It’s the perfect chance to snap some amazing photos or videos and create memories you’ll love sharing and looking back on for years.
For safety reasons, we strictly enforce a weight limit of 300 lbs per passenger as specified by the aircraft manufacturer. Please note that passengers exceeding this weight limit will not be able to fly. To ensure compliance, we will conduct a brief weighing process before the flight.
All passengers (excluding the pilot) must not exceed 600 lbs.
We require a minimum of two passengers to fly. Per trip, we can take up to three passengers. If you are a party of more than 3 we can divide your party into equal groups.
We do not expect our customers to tip the pilot, but tips are always appreciated as a way to show gratitude for a job well done. While our pilots do receive a salary, tips can be an important part of their income and are a way for customers to recognize exceptional service.
We will never fly in unsafe conditions. Safety is our top priority which is why our pilots closely monitor the weather at all times. There can be times when incremental weather makes it unsafe to fly (poor visibility, strong winds, heavy rain, etc). If the weather impacts your flight, we will contact you. We do not make any weather decisions until the day of as the weather is constantly changing.
Our team will work with you to find a convenient date and time for your rescheduled flight that works with your schedule.
If you do not have a specific date and time in mind for your rescheduled flight, we will issue a flight credit for the full value of your flight. This credit can be used to rebook your flight at any time and date that is convenient for you.
If you purchased weather insurance at the time of your booking and we need to cancel your flight due to weather, you will be eligible for a refund of your tickets.
If you did not purchase weather insurance, you may reschedule for another date and time or receive a flight credit. A flight credit is a voucher for the full amount of your tour that can be used any time to rebook. It does not expire.
